We are looking for someone who brings energy, creativity, and a positive attitude to the kitchen. Beyond technical skills, we value team players who take pride in their work and enjoy delivering memorable hospitality experiences.

What You'll Do

As a Breakfast Chef (extra), you will play an important role in ensuring our breakfast service is consistently fresh, efficient, and enjoyable for every guest.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and presenting high-quality breakfast dishes in line with hotel standards.
• Ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen during breakfast service.
• Maintaining high levels of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Delivering excellent guest experiences through attention to detail and a service-minded approach.
• Working closely with front of house to ensure efficient kitchen operations and a positive team environment.
• Following all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.
• Contributing to departmental goals and hotel initiatives.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience
• A passion for food, hospitality, and delivering exceptional guest service.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• A positive, hands-on attitude with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to daily challenges.
• High standards of personal integrity and professionalism.
• Strong commitment to food hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
• Work includes weekends and early morning shifts.
