Join our team as a Norwegian-speaking telephone interviewer at Nordic Viewpoint!

Nordic Viewpoint is a dynamic and expanding independent market research company based in Mölndal, Sweden. We specialize in conducting qualitative and quantitative consumer and B2B research through various methods such as group discussions, online forums, telephone interviews, and product testing. As a key player in the industry, we help companies and organizations gain valuable insights to optimize their strategies, products, and services.

We are currently looking for a proactive and goal-oriented Norwegian-speaking telephone interviewer to join our team in Mölndal. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting cold calls, recruiting participants, and conducting interviews for our market research projects. Collaboration is at the heart of our work, and you will have the opportunity to engage with project managers, colleagues, and external respondents.

Who are we looking for?

• Previous experience in a call center environment (customer service/telesales/CATI center) is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for engaging with consumers and entrepreneurs.
• Fluent in Norwegian and Swedish, with knowledge of English and other Nordic languages a plus.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and Word.
