In this role, you will work as a Customer Support Agent with a clear focus on German-speaking customers. The key requirement for this position is that you are fluent in German, both written and spoken – everything else will be taught on the job.
This is a full-time assignment starting immediately. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at StickerApp. The assignment runs until the end of the year, with good opportunities for extension. Working hours are Monday–Thursday 13:00–22:00 and Fridays 13:00–19:30.

In this role, you will support StickerApp’s global customer base, helping them find the best sticker solutions for their needs. Most communication happens via email, and you will guide customers with both simple and complex inquiries, often turning small projects into long-term business opportunities. Together with your colleagues, you ensure excellent service while identifying new sales opportunities. Since creativity is at the heart of StickerApp, you will also have the chance to inspire customers, share ideas, and celebrate the endless possibilities that stickers bring to both individuals and brands.
Your tasks include:
Providing professional customer support via email
Guiding customers with product- and order-related inquiries
Suggesting alternative products and solutions (upselling and cross-selling)
Preparing print files (training provided)
Inspiring customers with StickerApp’s passion for stickers and the creative freedom they enable
Fluent German, both written and spoken (main requirement)
Strong written communication skills, fluent in English
It is considered a plus, but not required, if you have previous experience in customer service or similar
To succeed in this role, you are driven, service-minded, and passionate about helping customers. You enjoy writing and communicating via email and are motivated to deliver high-quality support. You are creative and curious, with a business mindset and the ability to identify new opportunities. Collaboration is key, and you feel comfortable working with colleagues across different countries.
