Do you want to step in as an interim consultant and make a real impact from day one?

This is an opportunity to apply your experience and expertise in an assignment where your contribution will quickly have a tangible effect. Our client is looking for a senior B2B E-commerce Manager to join a well-established company within retail and digital commerce. The assignment is time-limited to four months and is well suited for someone confident in their expertise, comfortable working independently, and skilled at creating value through analysis, structure, and clear recommendations.

You will work closely with key internal stakeholders and act as a strategic and operational contributor within the e-commerce organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing the digital B2B business with a strong focus on data-driven insights and commercial results. A central part of the assignment is analyzing user behavior, identifying improvement opportunities, and translating insights into concrete actions. You are expected to present clear conclusions and recommendations in a structured and decision-supportive manner, primarily through PowerPoint.

• Own and further develop the B2B e-commerce solution

• Analyze sales performance, conversion rates, and customer behavior

• Produce clear insights, conclusions, and recommended actions based on data

• Present analyses and proposals to decision-makers using PowerPoint

• Collaborate with internal teams across business, marketing, and technology

• Has solid experience in e-commerce, preferably in a senior or leading role

• Is highly skilled in analysis and accustomed to working in a data-driven way

• Has strong ability to translate complex information into clear conclusions and actionable recommendations

• Is self-driven, structured, and comfortable working independently

• Has experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Contentsquare, and/or other commerce platforms
