CRM Channel SpecialistThe CRM Channel Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and ensuring the strategic alignment of CRM campaigns and customer communication journeys across email, SMS, push, and in-car channels. This role works closely with local market teams to deliver coherent, timely, and customer-centric messaging using a CRM platform (such as Microsoft Dynamics 365).
You will play a key role in ensuring CRM campaigns are strategically aligned with overall marketing and customer experience objectives, while continuously improving processes, governance, and platform performance.
The position is a temporary assignment with a duration of 12 months.
Organize and prioritize incoming CRM communication requests from multiple stakeholders
Plan, build, and manage CRM campaigns and end-to-end customer communication journeys
Oversee and validate campaigns prior to launch to ensure quality and strategic alignment
Align on campaign objectives and key performance targets
Collaborate with the Marketing Analyst on performance reporting
Support decentralized teams by overseeing platform governance and best practices
Gather feedback from stakeholders to support CRM platform and process improvements
Drive innovation and performance within the CRM function
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
At least 3 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or digital marketing roles
Proven expertise in omnichannel communication journey planning
Experience working with CRM or marketing automation tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365)
Strong project coordination and stakeholder engagement skill
